Though I tragically arrived a full month too late for the rock-opera's full-production remake, it turns out dive-bar Hedwigs are a dime a dozen here, at straight bars no less.
...but I mean really, is anyone that surprised?
not me.
P.S. - Turns out John Cameron Mitchell did a live performance here not too long ago, in a traditional Korean braided wig and hanbok! Hee!

um, that is possibly to awesomest thing i've seen, ever. i didn't know Hedwig was worldwide. i need to do some research. if there's an argentine hedwig and i didn't know it, i'm going to kick myself...
though, i need more details on the Korean hedwig, like how do you translate "angry inch" jajaja
Fortunately, Koreans are English-savvy enough to be able to leave lots of phrases be, including but not limited to the many English loanwords, as per:
"...네 얼굴엔 makeup, 카셋 테입 노래...."
I'm sure that Gümmi Baerchen's however, were probably lost in translation.
Brian, you are amazing. I am forming an entire new aesthetic based off of the Korean version of sugar daddy
